Seat counts come from the plan you're viewing (Team or Enterprise sliders). Token volumes come from the Enterprise persona sliders: on Team, Premium maps to the Power persona rate and Standard maps to the Standard persona rate. Team usage above seat caps is billed at API rates (the same rates used for Enterprise). Anthropic does not publish dollar caps directly. Enterprise Considerations

Enterprise minimum is ~20 seats. The $20/seat fee covers access only. All token usage is billed on top at API rates.
Anthropic published benchmark: Claude Code developers average $150 to $250 per developer per month, with heavy users at ~$30 per active day. Calibrate Power User sliders against this before committing.
No per-seat caps on Enterprise. Power users running Claude Code are the biggest cost variable. Stratify by persona before committing.
Zero Data Retention (ZDR) and HIPAA BAA available via sales-assisted contract. Confirm before onboarding sensitive client data.
Negotiate rollover credits and a true-up clause. Unused committed spend in early months of a build phase is common.
API costs flow through the API billing account separately from seat fees. Set a spend alert in the Anthropic console.

Team Plan Considerations

Standard seats include a usage cap. Premium seats get 5x that cap plus Claude Code. Users hitting limits regularly are billed extra at API rates.
Premium at $100/seat/mo annual is only worth it for developers and heavy Claude Code users. Casual staff stay on Standard.
Team plan does not include HIPAA BAA, SCIM, audit logs, or IP allowlisting. These require Enterprise.
At 20+ staff, Enterprise at $20/seat matches Team Standard pricing but adds no usage caps and stronger compliance controls.
Monitor the admin dashboard regularly. Users near their seat limits are candidates for Premium or Enterprise migration.
